Safety instructions

Always follow the instructions and regulations issued by the organiser and security officers. If you see an accident or a safety-related issue or incident that could pose a risk to you or others, report it immediately to the nearest security officer.

Prohibited items and substances

No blades or other weapons, flammable liquids, alcohol, narcotics, explosives or fireworks may be taken to the event area.

First aid

During events, the Finnish Red Cross is responsible for first aid. The location of the first aid point varies from event to event, and is either in the corridor connecting halls C and D or halls A and B. Check the location at the Info desk in the main lobby.

Animals

With the exception of guide dogs, animals are not allowed in the event area unless otherwise specified.

Smoking

Smoking is forbidden in all indoor areas of the event in accordance with Chapter 5 (section 12) of the Tobacco Act (693/1976). The use of electronic cigarettes is also forbidden. Security officers monitor these regulations. Smoking is only allowed outside, in designated areas near the entrances. Please use the ashtrays provided rather than throwing cigarette butts on the ground.
