Accessibility

For wheelchair users, we recommend using the door on the right at the main TESC entrance, as it can be opened electronically using a button. All exhibition halls are on the ground floor, and the seminar and congress facilities on the first floor can be accessed by lifts.

Disabled parking

There are 10 disabled parking spaces in front of the main TESC entrance. Parking is only allowed with an official disabled parking permit. In addition, disabled parking with a disabled parking permit is also allowed in the VIP car park next to hall D. Parking with a disabled parking permit is free-of-charge.

Assistants and guide dogs

In case a visitor needs an assistant for moving around the exhibition area, will the assistant receive a free entrance to the trade fair as long as the visitor has a valid entrance ticket. Naturally, you are also welcome to visit the trade fair with a guide dog wearing a guide dog symbol.

Wheelchair

Just ask at the info desk in the main lobby if you would like to use a wheelchair while visiting the event. Please note, however, that a wheelchair cannot be reserved in advance.
