Entrances
Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre has three public entrances: Main, North and South. Please check which entrances are in use on the website of each event concerned.
Payment methods
If there is an entrance fee, you can buy tickets at the ticket counters at the entrance. Payment methods include the most common debit and credit cards and cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express or culture vouchers. Tickets to some events are also sold in advance. You can find this information on the event’s website.
Trade events
At trade events aimed at professionals, we operate visitor registration and offer free entrance to registered visitors. We recommend that you register in advance on the event’s website. If you do not wish to register, the alternative is to buy a ticket at 20 € (incl. VAT 10 %).
Lost property
Did you leave something behind? Ask for any lost property at the Info desk in the main lobby.
Every Monday, we take any lost property left with us to the lost property office Pirkanmaan Löytötavaratoimisto

Cash point
There is a Nosto cash point in the main lobby of TESC. You can withdraw 10, 20 and 50 euro notes from the cash point. The Nosto cash point can be used with all SEPA-compatible debit/credit cards displaying the Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Maestro or Cirrus symbol.
The Nosto cash point is supplied by Eurocash Finland Oy, and Tampere Trade Fairs is responsible for the money supply.
The Nosto cash point is maintained by Eurocash Finland Oy and is independent of banks. Eurocash will not charge for using the Nosto cash point for withdrawing cash, but banks may apply service charges for using the machine.
Info desk
There is a info desk in the main entrance lobby of Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre. Info is usually open during the event times and closed outside of the event time. The personnel of info desk will help exhibition visitors with all the matters regarding the exhibition or getting around the city of Tampere.
