Accreditation for events
Representatives of the media can get accredited for events organised by Tampere Trade Fairs in advance or on site. We operate an electronic accreditation system.

Registration of bloggers
Bloggers writing about fairs can be granted free admission to fairs organised by Tampere Trade Fairs by completing, in advance, the Enrolment form for bloggers on the event’s website. Always check the detailed instructions on each event’s website.
Bloggers receive a Blogger badge entitling them to free admission by showing the confirmation message at the Press desk in the main lobby of TESC. The Blogger badge entitles the user to free admission on all fair days. The badge is personal and only includes admission to the fair.
Press room
The press room (PRESS) serves representatives of the media during fair opening hours. The press room is located on the ground floor in the main lobby. Facilities in the press room include a computer, printer and Wi-Fi. In the press room, you will also find event-specific press releases and media materials supplied by the exhibitors, as well as coffee, tea and refreshments.
Coatrooms
The Tampere Trade Fairs Press badge entitles you to free use of the coatroom in the main lobby or coat stands in the press room. In other cases, the coatroom service is subject to a fee.
Parking
Parking is free for the representatives of the media. The VIP Media car park is located close to D-hall along Ilmailunkatu (signposted in the area).
You can enter the VIP car park by showing confirmation of your advance accreditation or your press card. You can pick up your VIP parking ticket in the press room. You must show the VIP parking ticket on leaving the car park.
If you park outside the VIP car park intended for the representatives of the media, please ask for a parking ticket available in the press room.
Press lunch
Representatives of the media are provided lunch during the fair. Sign up for lunch on the accreditation form. You can pick up your lunch voucher in the press room.
